Hublot is proud to be the first luxury brand watch ever to become the official timekeeper of the FIFA World Cup 2010. This summer, in order to celebrate this partnership, the Swiss watch brand will be hosting a series of exclusive live screenings for the final four games starting July 6th at Cipriani Wall Street’s Club 55 in New York City.

 
With seductive lines and state-of-the-art equipment, it was the test drive of the all-new Jaguar XJ that brought many Jaguar aficionados and car collectors to the Malibu Ride and Drive organized in partnership with Robb Report magazine. Held in the scenic hills of the Rosenthal Malibu Estate, the event was part of Jaguar’s City Takeover efforts in Los Angeles. 

Damn, Who's Piecebook Is That!? I asked as I walked past the coffee table in DJ Suprema’s Los Angeles Apartment. The book lay open to [reveal] a two-page full color work of genius entitled “Evil Doctor Revolt” in the iconic script of infamous NY subway artiste Revolt RTW.  Peaking out from underneath the [lifted] pages were slivers of vibrant burners and bold sharpie tags. I started to flip through and quickly became mesmerized by the dazzling collection of masterpieces 

When my friends ask me if money was not a problem which watch would I buy? I immediately think of Ladoire, the most exclusive watch on the market. The real watch collectors know what I am talking about.

Glue. It is not just for sniffing anymore!
Remember when you were a kid and you'd smear that white glue on to the palm of our hand, wait for it to dry all clear then find some unsuspecting (usually younger) kid and peel it off like skin all the while screaming in mock pain hoping to make the other kid cry? No?

   Twice a year many a woman begins the expedition into their closets to search for any survivors from the years past.  Like sorting through the plunder of an avalanche, I dive through hangers and shelves calling out for any living garments from seasons before, usually to be met with the same shameful reality, why did I buy that?  That ruffled blouse may have been your best friend last year, but this year it  could make you look like a harlequin obsessed fashion victim.  Let’s face it; we live in an ever evolving industry where something that is trendy one year may be a huge fashion faux pas for decades to come. As Heidi Klum says “One minute you’re in, and the next you’re out.” 

Opening up my green velvet diary I realized some things about myself. First, I am not good at keeping my diary updated (my last entry is dated 3-25-2006) and second, I edit out details I am embarassed about later - such as past crushes and inebriated nights in my mid-twenties. Regardless I love the idea of looking back upon my memoirs with my grandchildren one day.
